Your First Visit  As a courtesy to you and your dentist, there is NO CHARGE for this
initial visit and you are under no obligation to continue with any
other appointments.On your first visit to our office, you will be greeted by our new patient coordinator. She'll go over your medical/dental history questionnaire and speak with you in depth about what your goals are. Digital photographs will be taken to allow you to see in more detail your teeth in alignment and your bite. Dr. Meritt will then do a complete orthodontic evaluation and based on this clinical exam, will make a diagnosis and recommend treatment if indicated. This appointment takes approximately 45 minutes. The digital photographs, diagnosis/treatment recommendations and menu of payment options will be provided in a take-home folder allowing the parent not present at the first visit to view them at home. We offer several payment options to suit different budgets. We also accept assignment from most insurance plans and will file the necessary paperwork for you.
