Meet Dr. Ajanaku

Dr. Kunle Ajanaku, or Dr. A as his patients call him, is a dual trained Orthodontist in the state of Texas and California. Dr. Ajanaku’s devotion to the art of orthodontics began from his own treatment when he was a teenager. During this time, he quickly learned that orthodontics was not only about the overall result but also most importantly about the care and focus on the complete patient experience. He believes that the ultimate smile is attained when the orthodontist, the patient, (parents) and staff are all on the same page while pursuing the goal of a beautiful, yet functional, smile from orthodontic treatment.

Following this impactful experience, Dr. Ajanaku knew it was his calling to provide the finest treatment to his future patients and embarked on a quest to ensure that his patients would benefit from the knowledge in obtaining this goal.

After completing a D.D.S (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from the University of Southern California, he was fortunate enough to be accepted in to one of the most prestigious orthodontic programs in the country, University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry Orthodontic Program in San Francisco, California.

During his time as a student, he served on the board of several philanthropic organizations, embarked on a number of international humanitarian trips, and received numerous academic scholar honors throughout his graduate and postgraduate school education.

Dr. Ajanaku completed his Masters in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics as well as a Craniofacial Genetics and Stem Cell Research fellowship at the University of the Pacific and began utilizing the knowledge gained to serve the San Antonio, Texas community.

Away from the office Dr. Ajanaku enjoys spending time with family, friends, loved ones and is captivated by art, interior design, and fashion design.
